Working at On has been a wonderful and enriching experience. I am really overwhelmed with my journey and I can't be thankful enough to my mentors at On & The Woolmark Company that I share my unimaginable journey with.
 

In my role as a Researcher, my project responsibilities were -
1. Doing an extensive research on the potential of Merino Wool in the activewear industry.
2. Conducting a research on Microfiber Pollution to create a Microfiber Guide for On Running.

Throughout the Innovation Research Project, I independently conducted a comprehensive primary & secondary research while connecting it to On's needs as a brand. Additionally, I developed a thorough proposal for an apparel idea centered on wool as a textile fiber and produced a complete 3D garment imaging while taking circularity requirements into consideration.

In the last 2 weeks of the Research Project, I traveled to Zurich, Switzerland to present my findings and meet everyone at the office. There, I was given a platform to present my project & findings with On employees from different departments of the Innovation Team. I had an amazing time interacting with the most talented people along the way, learning a lot from each and every one of them & pushing myself beyond my expectations.

With this opportunity, I have gained a valuable professional and global work experience at one of the best activewear brands. For now, I'm super excited for the future and the year ahead as I get to explore more and be an asset to the company I work at.
